2007 年,医院团委在公司团委和院党政领导下,始终坚持以 “三个代表”的重要思想和科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕医院的工 作发展目标,结合青年特点,着力加强团的基础建设,更新思路, 突出重点,开拓创新,为青年的成长和发展搭建舞台,引导和激励 广大团员青年认清形式,坚定信念,锐意进取,不断提高业务能力 和服务水平,为实现医院的可持续发展而努力,现将工作总结如下。 一、 加强团的基层组织建设,提高团干部队伍素质 在团的整体事业发展中,基层团的建设始终处于基础地位,所谓 “基础不牢,地动山摇” ,2007 年院团委以基础建设为重点,抓好团 建工作,明确医院发展形式和未来发展目标,结合现状抓好思想政治 理论学习,积极响应公司团委号召的“在团员青年中开展讲团风、树 形象”活动,目前我院青年总数(35 周岁以下)为 429 人,占全院 总人数的 62.7%,基层团支部四个,团小组 19 个,团员青年人数处 于医院历史的最高点,自今年年初团代会后,选举了一批思想业务都 比较好的新一届团委委员,完善了团的组织够架,并根据实际情况明 确分工,各负其责,共同协作,发挥其团干部特点和专长,开展各项 活动,充分调动了团干部的工作热情和积极性;长期以来,共青团工 作始终坚持“党建带团建”的精神,加强与党支部的联系,积极发

现和培养青年人才,下发《关于进一步作好关于推荐优秀团员作为党 的发展对象的工作意见》的通知,有 7 名团员青年积极向党组织递交 了入党申请书,有一位优秀团员被列为入党积极分子,今年还有一位 预备党员经过组织考察光荣转正;共青团工作始终坚持以人为本,作 好青年与党政联系的纽带和桥梁, 通过调查问卷和青年医生座谈会等 沟通形式,加强医院的形式任务学习,明确医院现状和医院未来 3 年 发展规划,结合实际,摆正位置,把青年的成长与医院的发展结合统 一起来。与此同时,努力抓好支部建设,落实小组长负责制,抓好团 费收缴工作、新员工团籍注册、以及超龄人员的离退团工作,今年达 自然退团年龄的青年 35 人,通过开展重温入团誓言等活动,提高团 员青年的团员意识和责任心。今年共青团工作从基础抓起,不断提高 团工作的方法、 服务水平和管理能力, 使团干部队伍的素质得到提高。 二、 健全青年志愿者队伍, 推进青年科技者协会工作, 共建和 谐发展的舞台。 1、2007 年,我院共青团工作,积极响应公司团委和衢州市卫 生局“五城联创”的号召,青年志愿者工作进一步完善和提高,目前 在院电子注册的青年志愿者共百余人,今年以来,志愿者队伍配合顾 客服务中心做好下乡义诊活动,共计 30 余次,配合公司团委做好百 名青年志愿者上街为民服务活动, 通过特色活动所得费用捐献给衢州 市卫生扶贫机构,配合 5.12 护士节上街为民义诊服务,受到衢化地 区居民的好评;联合科教中心、顾客服务中心在衢州大润发为“白血 病”患者进行大型义诊义演活动,为白血病患者募捐资金近 9000 元,
